Obamacare has to be de-funded. However, the massive regulations from both the federal and state governments stop the private market solutions. Have you considered Competitive Regulatory Agencies (CRA's) that compete for medical insurance and medical care business? Businesses could pick what agency regulates them and would compete for the highest ratings on medical care and insurance coverage.
