Proper Funding, Training,
Oversight, and Cooperation
• One part of a citizen’s responsibility is to help create, fund, and enforce the rule of law.
• There is competitive police governance and a hierarchy of leadership. • A badge requires police officers to protect everyone in immediate danger within guidelines. • All police businesses MUST Cooperate in many aspects, such as joint patrols and unified 911. • Every citizen and business MUST contract with one of at least 6 viable law enforcement businesses. The minimum size of a police business is 5% of citizens. • Part of the price of contracts would be based on the value of homes or a percentage of retail sales. |
• Every police business and officer MUST attain a badge from representatives of 70% of citizens on a Law Enforcement Authorization Board-LEA.
• This Board will train officers and run internal affairs, and 40% of the Board can pull a badge. • Competitive Rating Agencies (RA’s) would have significant access to police records and give high-quality information from various perspectives. • Both the LEA Board and the Rating System will ensure civil liberties are honored. • Rating Floors will not allow low standards and will deter abuses. • If Crime Rate Rating Floors are exceeded, many requirements will increase. |
