* Private Prisons
* Proper training and oversight
* Funding is significantly based on Results
It has been proven that if society groups antisocial people together for rehabilitation, they get worse. Many experiments have been tried, but with a monopoly system, it is hard to assess. Competitive prisons allows multiple prison ideas to be tried and real results to be seen.
• Every competitive prison will receive a low base amount per prisoner. And yes, every prisoner has different expected expense. • Every citizen must become a member of one of roughly a dozen prison rating systems that matches the philosophy of how they envision prisons policies and success outcomes. • A significant percentage of prison compensation will be based on the average of the ratings of all prison rating agencies. |
• Individuals will have differing ideas on the desired outcome and the methods for its achievement.
• A competitive rating system allows every citizen's voice and opinion to be heard and representation to have real effect. • Every prison Rating Agency will decide what they consider are the best outcomes and methods. However, low recidivism rates, restoration, compensation, reparation to the victim, and personal long-term prospering of the convicted should be high on the list. • Rating Floors will ensure prison abuse is appropriately addressed. • Prisons and probation businesses have the right to work and educate prisoners. |
Some of these videos look at this reform very integrated with all the Haley2024 the Movement reforms.
