​•  The purpose of Pockets of Freedoms is to give any citizen of the world a place to escape tyranny and oppression.
•  The second purpose of the Pockets of Freedoms is to incentivize other countries to improve their citizens’ lives or see a significant exodus.
•  The third purpose of the Pockets of Freedoms is to improve America’s immigration system.
•  The plan is to legitimately acquire dozens of roughly 1,000-square-mile-lots of land worldwide, targeting mostly uninhabited areas. 
•  The US military will protect these Pockets of Freedom.
•  The Pockets of Freedom will have CRA Structure, which is competitive governance.  Examine at Haley2024.org

​•  Social contracts establish local citizenship, not American citizenship.
•  There would be strong banishment laws within the social contract to reduce subversive actors.
•  America does not provide funds for the people; the people will quickly start working. 
•  The system will allow small loans for moving expense and start up expenses with a 10% income repayment plan.
•  The Charity System can assist rapidly.
•  The CRA Structure allows for rapid business creation. 
•  First world governance, liberty, and free enterprise advances people from the third world rapidly.
