This idea allows many different business models, from free enterprise to many planned systems, such as a variety of single payer systems.

• There are millions of healthcare regulations currently in effect.
• Every regulation legally forbids healthcare business models. • The only businesses legally allowed to operate must weave through those regulations. • Insurance regulations, certifications, accreditations, education, labor laws, and many others increase the hurdles to creating a healthcare provider business model. • This idea creates about a dozen healthcare regulatory organizations as well as Insurance regulations, certifications, accreditations, education, labor laws, and many other sets of related regulations. |
• Every healthcare business must select its healthcare and other regulatory organizations.
• Members elect their regulatory organization’s leadership. • Regulatory organizations only regulate their members. • Members pay the fees of their regulatory organization. • This idea allows many business models, from free enterprise to many planned systems, such as various single-payer systems. • It would be essential to switch from employer-funded health insurance to the employer funding an allowance of an employee’s selected health care system. |
