Do not expand Medicaid; replace it!

Medicaid expansion should not happen.  Moreover, the entire Medicaid program needs to be ended.  Medicaid is to help the poor and charities accomplish the goals much better than welfare.  Please look at Welfare to Charity and Health Care to see how the private sector can be structured to help those in the most significant financial need in health care.
