Funded and Structured

• 100% of current government welfare will stop, including within the tax code.
• Every citizen and business is legally required to contribute a percentage of income or sales to the Charity System to achieve 5% of GDP.
• Everyone decides which Charitable Distribution Association (CDA) to contribute into, each will have their own charitable philosophy.
• CDA’s fund charities within all areas of need.  
• CDA’s assign people in need to Assessor Organization (AO) that matches their charitable philosophy.  AOs are caseworkers. 
• The AOs examine the entire family dynamic of the person in need. 
• The AO subjectively determines the best path forward per person.

• An AO directs and has significant control over the goods and services from charities for the cases they manage.
• An AO may direct the education and work of the people they manage; the work offsets charitable benefits.    
• Businesses may ‘pay’ their contributions in products and services, which may be very dynamic; the business needs a CDA to sign off on the worth.  
• Every Charity Regulatory Organization must establish a Charity Economy, which is, in part, a system that asks for charitable labor hours from those being assisted by charities.
• The Charity Economy assists needs.  
• Several entire Rating Systems examine every part of the Charity System.
• The Competitive Rating System addresses fraud, abuse, and self-dealing.
