Every person and business select 
​from a dozen competitive governments.

Governments only govern their members 

• Everyone selects from 12 Competitive governments; conservatives, liberals, and others will group.
• Members of a competitive government elect their leadership, further defining their political philosophy.
• There is monopolized representative societal oversight to ensure governance occurs above a certain standard.
• A Rating System with Rating Floors addresses negative externalities, abuse, and corruption.​

• Citizens and businesses pay the costs of their governance; thus, taxes are paid to the citizens’ selected  government; some fees are proportional.
• Quality information from Rating Agencies with a wide variety of perspectives will result in trillions of informed decisions by billions of people leading to higher standards.
• Each competitive government has a legislative, executive, and judicial branch.
