 | Have you ever considered allowing the private sector to regulate? I know a dozen valid concerns arise. Now let us think if there might be a way that all these concerns might be addressed. What if there were a dozen different regulatory agencies that competed for every business’s business? |
| What if every business was required to be rated on all their practices in these areas and with a natural desire to protect their brand? Would that raise standards or lower them? I contend raise. It might take some creative thinking before you could see that concerns would be addressed. |  |
